The Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy is a non-partisan journal of law and public policy scholarship published twice a year by students at the University of Tennessee College of Law.

The Journal will advance the public discourse by providing the academic community, the legal profession, policymakers, journalists, and students with innovative and insightful scholarly works that encourage a deeper understanding of the role of law and policy in American life. It explores areas touching on a number of disciplines and attracts readers from a variety of professional interests. The first issue of the Journal was published in 2004.
